Convenient and spacious stay

The room was spacious and well-equipped. Its location was fantastic, just a short walk to various shopping spots and the JR station.

One minor downside was the cleaning policy. We weren't informed about leaving the key for housekeeping, which caused a bit of confusion.

The Queen Room offers a sleek and modern design with an intimate ambiance. It's a unique experience, definitely suited for couples.

Housekeeping only operates by request, leading to inconvenience. Parking reservations were a hassle. I notified them beforehand and still faced issues upon check-in. Communication with the front desk was awkward due to their limited visibility. Had to deal with lost items that were supposedly not found.

Everything was superb, including genuinely helpful and very friendly stuff. I'd say that room was well stocked and modern, it had an electric kettle, coffee & tea making facilities, and a fridge, that's convenient🙂👌

Enjoyed the outdoor bath. It added a unique twist to relaxation. The room was spacious with great lighting options, perfect for setting the mood after a long day. A substantial range of personal care products made bathing enjoyable, and the automated toilet features were excellent. I loved the daily complimentary ice creams from housekeeping, a good surprise. The only downside was the AC. Getting the temperature just right required some adjusting, as it fluctuated between too hot and too cold. A minor inconvenience was the need to stop by the front desk for locking and unlocking the room instead of receiving a key card, which might not be ideal for longer stays. The hotel location provided a nice escape from bustling tourist areas, but still close enough for easy access to a nearby train station.

I enjoyed a spacious King Room with Garden View with a unique outdoor bath that enhanced relaxation. There were some issues with parking reservations and the key system with confusion . It was a comfortable experience, ideal for couples.

The shower was good, and the variety of personal care products.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. I had two jacuzzi pools and a huge TV, perfect for relaxing. The location was great, with easy access to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.

The rooms have a lovely Japanese design. It's conveniently located near the lively city, a train station, and an entertainment district, plus there's a subway station close by for easy travel. 🚉.

This place is a total gem! With two luxurious jacuzzis, a karaoke system, and a soothing massage chair, it's the perfect adult escape. the room is spacious and super clean, and we loved the complimentary Haeagen-Dazs ice cream and drinks each day. the lighting is really cool, allowing us to set the mood just right. Plus, the staff were standout, going above and beyond to help us.
